Shipper's and carrier's responsibilities and commitments:
1. "Carrier" in the terms of service refers to the unit that directly collects the consigned personal goods and settles the freight and bears the responsibility of carriage“ Shipper "means the person who supplies the consigned goods
2. When the shipper or its sender sends the goods in the company, it means that the shipper and the sender agree to accept the terms of service, and the shipper and the carrier shall perform the terms of service in accordance with the terms of service
3. The shipper shall not consign the following goods: currency and financial instruments, explosives, weapons, arms or their spare parts, perishable goods, gambling utensils, animals and plants, obscene, pornographic materials, drugs, antiques, radioactive materials, tobacco and other prohibited goods listed by relevant local, national or airline companies. The shipper shall bear all legal and economic liabilities for the above-mentioned goods
4. The shipper shall be responsible for the legality of the consigned goods and marks (including the goods in the country of destination, the country of consignment, the country of passage or overflight). The shipper shall accurately provide the carrier with the name, address, postal code, telephone number, name, weight, quantity and other information of the addressee; The shipper shall pack the goods to meet the needs of safe transportation
5. Before exporting the goods, the shipper shall understand the information required by the customs clearance of the destination country and obtain various licenses and other government approvals for export. The carrier shall not be responsible for providing relevant information and shall not be liable for any consequences caused by incomplete information.
6. The shipper shall pay the fee for changing the address, surcharge in remote areas, warehouse rental fee, freight for returning the goods to the place of origin due to the recipient or the goods themselves, customs fine and other miscellaneous charges. Otherwise, the carrier may retain the goods and handle the goods within 10 days to pay off the miscellaneous charges.
Responsible terms:
The carrier makes every effort to provide efficient service according to the normal operation procedures, but is not responsible for the delay, loss, destruction or confiscation of goods caused by force majeure (such as war, riot, bad weather, flight delay, crash, typhoon, fire, flood, etc.) The consignor shall not be liable for any serious traffic accident or any circumstances beyond the control of human beings, as well as any damage or confiscation caused by the consignor, such as incorrect declaration of the goods, improper or incomplete packaging, protection, identification or shipping address, electromagnetic damage caused by electronic or similar goods, or any damage caused by the consignor Damage to the goods caused by negligence of the addressee or other persons)
Query service:
Open file inquiry of postal parcels: 30 days after going online, we will make an inquiry to our company in written form. Our company only assists in the inquiry, and only after the post office confirms the loss can we get compensation.
Special line cargo file opening inquiry: 15 days after online, the inquiry shall be made to our company in written form. Our company only assists in the inquiry, and the special line agent needs to confirm the loss in order to obtain compensation.
EMS, international big bag open file inquiry: 20 days after online, in written form to our company, our company only assist in the inquiry, need the post office to confirm the loss in order to get compensation.
Compensation clause:
If a postal packet is lost before going online, it shall be compensated according to the actual value or declared price, with a maximum of RMB 100 per ticket. If it is lost after going online, it shall be claimed according to the postal regulations, with a maximum of RMB 250 per ticket.
If the special line cargo is lost before going online, it shall be compensated according to the actual value or declared price, with a maximum of RMB 100 per ticket. If it is lost after going online, it shall be compensated according to the actual value or declared price, with a maximum of Euro 22 per ticket.
If EMS and big bag are lost before going online, they shall be compensated according to the actual value or declared price, and the maximum amount of each ticket shall not exceed 400 yuan. If they are lost after going online, the maximum amount of each ticket shall not exceed 500 + 60 * w (RMB) W, which is the weight of the mail expressed in kilograms
The loss of international express shall be compensated according to the actual value or declared price, and the maximum amount of each invoice shall not exceed USD100. If the declared value exceeds USD100, please purchase insurance by yourself before delivery.
Shipment error:
1. If the recipient finds the wrong shipment after receiving the shipment, he / she shall provide Photo Proof and bill number proof from the date of receiving the shipment and provide them to our company within seven days. If it is overdue, he / she shall be deemed as giving up the inquiry and compensation.
2. If the goods are sent to the wrong address due to the operation of our company, we should choose the lowest cost way among the following ways:
(1) . refund the postal or express fee collected to the sender, and compensate the value of the goods or the lower of twice the declared value or freight;
(2) Bear the surface mail postage of goods returned from abroad to Shenzhen;
(3) Ordinary mail postage for forwarding from the wrong address to the correct address.
3. If the delivery of goods is wrong due to the express agent, our company will assist the sender to inquire the lower level agent for claim, and the amount of claim shall be implemented according to the compensation provisions of each express agent.
Important note:
Please declare the name and value of the goods truthfully. If the goods are detained or delayed by the customs due to the false declaration of the invoice, our company will not accept any claim
